In SO many ways. I can’t even believe the gall of people who want me to calm down on shit like this.

It’s hard for me to process. The world legit feels and think that lighter skin is more beautiful. They believe it with such conviction that they blog about it, talk about it, make commercials for these products aiming towards it, without even thinking twice, like it is absolutely gospel truth. Do you know what that says to the darkest of us? Do you KNOW what that motherfucking says? And how fucking ridiculous that people really BELIEVE that shit.

You are sick and should be studied. All of you who believe that shit.

And it will never be funny, as much as I wish I could laugh at this ridiculousness, it will never be funny when there are little girls damn near too young to spell their own names who are teasing each other for the melanin they were BLESSED with or the kink in their hair. That will follow them ALL of their lives and effect their self esteem FOREVER. That shit aint funny.

Surely this is a similar product to White Out moisturiser, which actually just evens out skin tones, specifically red marking on very pale skin. Myself I am, for example, your typical English Rose, in fact I am paler still, so that any blemishing on my fact shows up twice as starkly.

 I realise there is a HUGE Asian based market for skin lightening cremes which are often dangerous, but perhaps this is not one of those and more of just a product to even out skin tones?

It’s called White Perfect with Melanin-Vanish. Why not just Skin Perfect with Blemish-Vanish? I’m all melanin, and I see no reason to vanish. 

I understand dangers of chemicals used to whiten skin, but seriously?

It is alright to if we want to be darker and tan until we get skin cancer, but if we  prefer being paler we are racist?

That like saying if someone dyes their hair blonde, they believe people with darker hair colours are lesser than them.

These things aren’t SPECIFICALLY for black/asian people or anything, some of us already pale people need a little help to keep out corpsey complexion in the summer..XD (Kinda get the feeling someone will still find a reason to bash me here, it is tumblr after all.. .__.)

Dude, OP needs to chill the fuck out. o.O What about tanning? Anyway, I love the idea of whitening skin. I secretly like it when I get scars because I know they’ll appear whiter than my (already extremely pale) skin tone. I love white skin; I find it beautiful. It doesn’t mean I’m disrespecting people of darker skin tones! I just prefer my skin to be pale because I like the way it looks on me.
